Successful Working Bee !

Updated: Jun 29, 2023

Last Saturday 20th November we had the last working bee for 2021.

It was a great success with 18 members turning up, rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into the four allocated tasks. A big thank you to the four task leaders, Jess, Spiro, Glenn and Mal who organised the required tools and consumables for each task.

The new online booking system worked well, allowing task leaders to know how many members were planning on turn up and which tasks they would like to work on.

If you have not yet signed up for the “members only” section of the new website, please contact the clubs webmaster Mark Harris on 0418 345464. He can guide you thought how to set this up, it is an easy process !.

The club also provide a free lunch for all who took part in the working bee. Another big thank you to Con who kept everyone well feed.

We hope we can see even more members for the next working bees in 2022. It’s a great way to meet the other members in the club and make new mates, plus you can contribute to the ongoing upkeep of our club, so that we can all enjoy and participate in the sport we enjoy.

The ongoing successful future of the club depends on ALL its members contributing to the running and up-keeping of the club. It’s all OUR club let’s look after it TOGETHER !!!!

Here are some quick photos from the day.
