If you care about the future of the MELTON PISTOL CLUB and wish to ensure you are able to continue to shoot at the club and maintain your Handgun Licence, you need to attend the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting meeting will be held at the Club House on the Saturday 25th June 2022 starting at 10.00am.
At the meeting club members will be voting on who will fill the following roles.
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Club Captain
Assistant Secretary
Membership Officer
Key and Stock Keeper / Bar Manager
Maintenance & Facilities Officer
Grants Officer
Webmaster
Training Officer

It's essential for ALL CLUB MEMBERS attend this meeting, again the meeting will be held at the Club house this Saturday 25th June 2022 starting at 10.00am.
If you can not attend the Annual General Meeting you can fill out the the following AGM Proxy Form 2022 and either email it to the Clubs Secretary or pass it onto a club member who will be attending the AGM.
